Pete Joseph Dupre, 11 months and 11 days old, a native and resident of Houma, died at 
6:12 a.m. Tuesday. Visitation continues today until funeral time at the funeral home.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Cemetery. 

He is survived by his parents, Mary Ann Dupre and Pete Joseph Brunet; his foster mother, 
Mrs. Daniel (Gayle) Dardar; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Dupre and Lillian and 
Houston Brunet.

time Thursday at the Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the 
Funeral Home followed by religious services at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church,

She is survived by her husband, Nacy Falgout; one son, Roland Falgout; two daughters, 
Shirley Sapia and Selma Bagala; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

SUDIE JOHNSON

Sudie "Susan" Kennon Johnson, 76, a native of Kentwood and a resident of Houma, died at 
3:45 p.m. Saturday at her home. 

She attended Southwestern Louisiana Institute in Lafayette, and graduated from Louisiana 
State University in Baton Rouge. She later received a library science degree from the 
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was a retired teacher and librarian in 
Kentwood, Preston, Ponchatoula and Jonesboro, before working as a librarian at Terrebonne 
High School from 1954-66. In 1966, she joined the library staff at Nicholls State University 
and later worked at the Northeast Houma Branch Library until she retired in 1977. She was 
also an army librarian during World War II. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, a teacher's 
honorary society, the Terrebonne Literary Club, Chi Omega sorority, Retired Teachers and the
