CHERAMIE, MANNY SR.

Manny Joseph Cheramie Sr., 69, a native and resident of Galliano, died at 
11:55 a.m. Saturday. [Feb. 1, 1986]

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until funeral time on Monday. Funeral 
arrangements were incomplete by Saturday.  For more information, call 
Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano.

Religious services will he held at 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow followed by burial in the Cheramie 
Cemetery in Galliano.

He is survived by his wife, Beulah Griffin Cheramie; three sons, Harris, 
Manny Jr., and Russell Cheramie; two daughters, Corina C. Callais and 
Jeannie C. Howell; four sisters, Lorina Vega, Temire Collins, Augusta 
Fontenot, and Minta Martin and 14 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anatole Cheramie; 
and one sister, Louise Angelle.

Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano is handling the arrangements.

PELLEGRIN, EVEST PAUL

Evest Paul Pellegrin, 85, native and resident of Chauvin, died at 2:15 p.m. 
Sunday (Feb 9, 1986). Services at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin, La. 
and burial in church cemetery.

SURVIVED by two sons, Ray and Russell Pellegrin, both of Chauvin; four 
daughters, Mrs. Alex (Ouida) Lirette of Houma, Mrs. Dennis (Yevette) Roddy, 
Mrs. Aaron (Lois) Foret, Mrs. Horace (Merle) AUTHEMENT, all of Chauvin; two 
brothers, Lavis Pellegrin of Houma and Gustave Pellegrin Jr. of Chauvin; one 
sister, Mrs. Andrew (Clevia) Hebert of Houma.

PRECEDED in death by his wife, Angelle Babin; his parents Gustave and Ophelia 
Marcel Pellegrin; and three brothers, Sidney, Eddie and Telemac Pellegrin.

BOQUET, ALTON SR.

Alton Boquet Sr., 74, native of Terrebonne Parish, resident of Montegut, 
died Saturday (Feb. 15, 1986). Services Sacred Heart Chr., burial in the 
church mausoleum.

SURVIVED by wife, Vivian Rhodes Boquet; sons, Michael, Anthony, Alton 
Jr., and Danny Boquet; daughters, Mrs. Lillie Chauvin and Mrs. Betty Lyons.

PRECEDED by parents, Clay Boquet and Fabiola Bourg Boquet; sisters, Lucille 
Price, and Gertrude Levron. Boquet was an employee of Texaco in Montegut for 
31 years.

Mae Robichaux Guidry, 85, native of Lafourche Parish and resident of 
Raceland, died at 8:30 p.m. Monday (Feb. 17, 1986). Services at St. 
Mary's Cath. Chr and burial in church cemetery.

SURVIVED by two sons, Edward Guidry Jr. and Malcom Guidry; five daughters, 
Ella Mae Lorraine, Gladis Baudoin, Rose Mary Foret, Hazel Babin and 
Marguerite Babin.

PRECEDED in death by her husband, Edward F. Guidry; one brother Nick
Robichaux; and one sister, Josephine.

Dupre of Bourg, and Mrs. Robert (Christine) Ranking of Houma; foster daughter, 
Mrs. Levest (Leona) Levron of Point au Chien; brother, Euzy Naquin.
