Nov. 4, 1992.

Services at St Bernadette Cath. Chr., in Houma, burial in St. Francis Cem. #2.

SURVIVED by sons, Roy, Raymond and Emile "Buster' Labat, all of Houma; 
daughter, Mrs. Melvin (Juanita) Blanchard of Houma.

PRECEDED by wife, Gladys Babin Labat;  parents Narcisse and Alice Naquin Labat;  
sister, Lucille Labat. He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Cath. Chjr.  He 
was a retired Texaco employee of 34 years.

5, 1992.

SURVIVED by wife, Rita Guillot Usey;  daughters, Mrs. Arnold (Janet) Molaison 
of Labadieville and Mrs. Paul (Sandra) Dudek of Houma;  brothers, Thomas, 
Wilson and Marcel Usey Jr.;  sisters Lucille Morvant and Ella Andras.

USIE, DELLA CHAUVIN

Della Chauvin Usie, 81, a native of Bayou Blue and a resident of Houma died at 
9:30 a.m.  Friday, Nov. 13, 1992.

Visitation will be today from 2 pm to 10 pm at Chauvin Funeral Home and Monday 
from 8:30 a.m.  to the funeral time at St. Louis Cathoilic Church.  A Mass is 
set for Monday at 11 a.m.  at St. Louis Catholic Church in Bayou Blue with 
burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by one son, Ray J. Usie of Houma;  two daughters, Mrs. (Elaine) 
Levron and Merril Daigle of Bayou Blue;  three sisters, Frances Brien of 
Luling, Bessie Barrow and Mrs. Clifton (Ethel) Coffman of Houma; 11 
grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Junius J. Usie;  her parents, Argus 
and Meloe' Savoie Chauvin;  one daughter, Joan Hauser;  two brothers, Howard 
and Ollen Chauvin;  two sisters, Jeanne and Nurvey Chauvin;  and one grandson.

She was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies 
Altar Society.  She was a housewife.
