PETER THIBODAUX Peter Robert Thibodaux Sr., 86, a native of Bayou Blue and a resident of Houma, died at 4 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, 1997. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No.1. He is survived by his wife, Elvire Cunningham Thibodaux; one son Donald E. Thibodaux; one daughter, Barbera Johnson; two brothers, A.P. and Bruce Thibodaux; three sisters, Mrs. Nobby Dupuy , Melva Hebert and Annie About; six grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elsie and Clothilde Porche Thibodaux; one son Peter R. Thibodaux Jr.; five brothers, Ernest, Abbie, Luby, Aubry and Elmer "Tibby" Thibodaux; and one sister, V iola Guidry. He was a retired sales manager for Houma Motor Co., International Trucks and Packard Cars. MITCHEL WINEGEART Mitchel E.Winegeart, 68, died Friday, Nov. 28, 1997. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Lake Lawn Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Norma Lambert Winegeart; his mother, Lena Dell Browning; one son, Michael A. Winegeart; two daughters, Teresa W. Noel and Laura W. Clark; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Mitchel L. Winegeart; and one daughter, Diana W. Giusti.
