Albert Peter Hebert Sr., 71, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident 
of Houma, died at 10:47 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003.

Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home and 
from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass 
will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church 
cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Navarre Hebert of Houma; one son, 
Albert "Jay" Hebert Jr. of Houma; seven daughters, Connie Hebert and 
fiance, Leo, Pam Hebert Cobb and husband, Ty, Rachel Hebert Dupre and 
husband, Carl, of Houma, Tana Hebert Theriot and husband, Dooley, of 
Raceland, Karen Hebert Boudoin and husband, Dwayne, Tina Hebert LeBouef 
and husband, Dwayne, and Stacey Hebert Luna and husband, Monty, of 
Bayou Blue; three brothers, Charley Hebert, Huey "Billy" Hebert Sr. of

Ivy "Shorty" Anthony Hebert, 86, a native of Bayou Black and resident 
of Houma, died at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2004.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and 
from 10 a.m. to funeral time Friday at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic 
Church. Mass will be at noon Friday at the church, with burial in St. 
Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

He is survived by his wife of 621/2 years, Audrey Thibodeaux Hebert of 
Houma; one son, Richard Hebert and wife, Betty Falgout Hebert, of 
Thibodaux; four daughters, Patty Hebert Hitt and husband, Michael Hitt, 
of Thibodaux, Karen Hebert McDonald and husband, Kenneth McDonald, 
Cindy Hebert Tracy and husband, Doug Tracy, of Houma and Kim Hebert of 
Bayou Blue; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alcide Hebert and Alicia 
Trahan Hebert; one brother, Otis Hebert; and two sisters, Josie 
Blanchard and Violita Blanchard.

He was a retired roustabout pusher with Texaco for 34 years and was a 
U.S. Army Air Corp. veteran of World War II.

He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post No. 4752 in Dulac and was an 
avid fisherman and trawler.
He was a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.

church including president of St. Charles Ladies Altar Society for the 
past 30 years.

Nelson Dewey Henry, 84, a native of Chauvin and resident of Houma, died 
at 4:40 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Chauvin 
Funeral Home. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home 
chapel, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Lucille Boudreaux Henry 
of Houma; one son, Keith A. Henry and wife, Dena Henry, of Gray; two 
daughters, Diana Henry Blossman and husband, Dr. Robert Blossman, and 
Nancy Henry Hamner and husband, Gordon Hamner, of Houma; two brothers, 
Milton Henry and O'Neal Henry of Houma; three sisters, Irene H. 
Lirette, Ouida H. Bergeron and Emily H. Lester of Houma; 10 
grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Constant Henry and Olida 
Chaisson Henry; one daughter, Carolyn Henry; six brothers, J.C. Henry, 
Norman Henry, Clifford Henry, Cleveland Henry, Lavis Henry and Camille 
Henry; and two sisters, Lydia H. Pellegrin and Lelia H. Duplantis.

He was a retired building and boat contractor and was past master of 
Unity Lodge No. 267, past three-time president of East Houma Lions Club 
and a member of the Shriners.
In World War II he worked for Higgins Shipyard in New Orleans where he 
was a key designer of the P.T. boat that was a major factor in U.S. 
success in the Pacific in World War II.

Darlene C. Guidry, 50, a native and resident of Galliano, died at 1:05 
p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2004.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church in Galliano. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the 
church, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Tommy P. Guidry; her mother, Olizia A. 
Champagne; one son, Keith A. Kraemer Jr.; two daughters, Olizia T. 
Kraemer and Tommi Lynn Guidry; two brothers, Lloydman A. Champagne Jr. 
and Todd M. Champagne; and one grandchild, Larisa M. Strickland.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lloydman A. Champagne Sr.; her 
grandparents, Sanders Autin, Oliestine Bruce, Lucy Chouest and 
Polinaise Champagne; and one sister, Betty Ann Champagne.

She was a homemaker.
