Bridget Pollet

Bridget Hilda Schexnaydre Pollet, 92, a native of Destrehan and resident of 
Schriever, died at 8:40 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2004.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Monday at Thibodaux Funeral Home. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Bridget 
Catholic Church in Schriever, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by three sons, Oscar Pollet Jr. and wife, Janice, Leonard 
Pollet and wife, Sharon, of Schriever and Dale Pollet and wife, Toni Sue, of 
Barlett, Tenn.; two daughters, Karen Pollet Olivier and husband, Eric, and 
Delsie Pollet Stevens and husband, Louis, all of Schriever; 13 grandchildren; 
and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Pollet; her parents, Louis 
Barthelmie and Honorine Zeringue Schexnaydre; two brothers, Lucien and Joseph 
Schexnaydre; and six sisters, Cecilia Waguespack, Eliska, Lelia, Cilonie, Ament 
and Lillian Estelle Pollet.

She was a parishioner of St. Bridget Catholic Church.
