The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= August 10. 2004 12:00AM Clifford Waguespack Clifford Philip Waguespack, 72, a native and resident of Vacherie, died Monday, Aug. 9, 2004. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Philip Catholic Church in Vacherie. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with interment in the church mausoleum. He is survived by three daughters, Kathy Naquin of Thibodaux, Kim Steib and Kay Scioneaux of Vacherie; one son, Kerry Waguespack of Vacherie; three brothers, Donald Waguespack of Jefferson, Lloyd Waguespack of Houston and Lester Waguespack of Bayou Vista; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betsy W. Waguespack; his parents, Adam T. Waguespack Sr. and Myrthee Simon Waguespack; and two brothers, George and Adam T. Waguespack Jr. He was retired from Shell Oil Company in Norco, was a U.S. Army veteran and served in the Louisiana Army National Guard. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 1514 and was an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion for St. Philip Catholic Church.
