Chris Ann Pontiff Hebert, 41, a native and resident of Houma, died at 5:35 a.m. 
Friday, Aug. 27, 2004.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at 
Samart Funeral Home in Houma. Religious services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the 
funeral home. Burial will be at a later date.

She is survived by her husband, Randy Paul Hebert; two daughters, Sandie Marie 
Pontiff and Monique Marie Hebert; and one sister, Bobbie Lou Ann Pontiff.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Joan Reeves Pontiff.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family for funeral expenses are preferred.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
