Darryl "Morgan" Mark Morgan, 34, a native of Chicago and resident of Colorado Springs, Colo., died at 6:40 a.m. Monday, Aug. 23, 2004. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. He is survived by his father, Ronald D. Morgan of Shreveport; two sons, Tybor Morgan of Church Point and Walker Morgan of Alexandria; one daughter, MeLani Morgan of Church Point; one foster brother, Shannon Wooten of Shongaloo; two sisters, Diane Cline of DeRidder and Dawn Bergeron of Houma; and one foster sister, Ann Wooten of Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille A. Norwak Morgan; and his foster parents, Leon Wooten and Elaine Wooten. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Army and was a member of the V.F.W.
