Edna Mae Buquet Naquin, 81, a native and resident of Houma, died at 6 a.m. 
Saturday, Aug. 21, 2004.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 a.m. to 
funeral time Monday at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. 
Monday at the church, with burial at St. Francis de Sales No. 2 Cemetery.

She is survived by four sons, Gerald Dupre and wife, Nina, Harry Dupre and wife, 
Valerie, Raymond Dupre and wife, Claudette, and Mark Dupre and wife, Janet, all 
of Houma; one daughter, Gail Dupre of Houma; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilton Naquin; her parents, George 
Buquet and Verna Brunet Buquet; and one brother, Floyd Buquet.

She was a homemaker and a Catholic.
