Helen Harris

Helen Harris, 83, a native of Houma and resident of Gray, died at 12:10 a.m. 
Saturday, July 31, 2004.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Community Funeral 
Home Chapel. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with 
burial in Halfway Cemetery in Gray.

She is survived by one son, Albert Harris Jr.; one daughter, Emma Lee Harris; 
six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Harris Sr.; her parents, Jeff 
Green and Roxie Goins; and one sister, Rose Mary Harris.

She was a homemaker and was Baptist.
