Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne Funeral Home Chapel. Religious services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Residence Baptist Church, with burial in Union Benevolent Cemetery. She is survived by one stepson, Leroy Lyons of Houma; two daughters, Ora Maze and Franes Westly, both of Houma; four brothers, Alonso Nevers of Slidell, Robert Nevers Sr., John Nevers Sr. and Roosevelt Nevers Sr., all of Houma; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Usan Lyons; her parents, Alfred and Annie Collins Nevers; one stepson, Raymond Lyons; six brothers, Alfred, Reuben Sr., Clarence, George Sr., J.B. and Raymond Nevers; and three sisters, Nonie N. Campbell, Mercedes Nevers and Clara Mae Nevers. She was a homemaker and was on the Deaconess Board at Residence Baptist Church. She was a member of Golden Social Aid, Community Social Aid and Union Benvelont Association.
