Jason Charles Sundbery, 23, a native and resident of Houma, died Thursday, Aug. 
5, 2004, from a heart attack caused by an undiagnosed heart condition.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 a.m. to 
funeral time Tuesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. 
Tuesday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.

He is survived by his parents, Sidney Charles Sundbery and Susan Prejean 
Sundbery of Houma; and one sister, Lyndsay Kay Sundbery.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frederic O. Sundbery and 
Sidney Mize Sundbery; and his maternal grandparents, Abel B. Prejean and Luella 
Belanger Prejean.

He was a graduate school student at Louisiana State University working on a 
Master of Business Administration.

He was a graduate of Vandebilt Catholic High School in 1999 and LSU in 2003.

He was a parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Francis Catholic 
School or LSU.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
