Jean Paul "J.P." Fonseca Jr., 66, a native and resident of Houma, died at 3:15 
p.m. Friday, Aug. 20, 2004.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Samart Funeral Home 
in Bayou Blue. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

He is survived by two brothers, Levery Fonseca and wife, Lou, of Thibodaux and 
Kermit P. Fonseca of Houma; and one sister, Mary Lee Tullis of Houma.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jean Paul Fonseca Sr. and Victoria 
Knobloch Fonseca; and four brothers, Cyrus, Douglas Sr., Ernest and Berwick 
Fonseca.
