Jonathan Mack

Jonathan Paul Mack, 7 days old, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Monday, 
Aug. 23, 2004.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Friday at New Belmont Baptist 
Church in Labadieville. Religious services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the 
church, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, John Paul and Sharon Mack of Thibodaux; his 
maternal grandfather, Charles Mack of Thibodaux; and numerous relatives.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Joshua Paul Mack; one sister, Haley 
Elizabeth Mack; and his grandparents, Lillie Mae and the Rev. Prospa Johnson and 
Elnora Mack.
