Leroy Meaux

Leroy Meaux, 62, a native of Hackberry and resident of Gibson, died at 12:05 
p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2004.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Bisland Cemetery in Bourg.

He is survived by two sons, Jonathan C. Meaux Sr. and wife, Mary, and Charles 
Leonard and wife, Christine; three daughters, Anna Meaux Page, Evelia Leonard 
and Elaine Leonard; one brother, Larry Meaux; two sisters, Florence Mercer and 
Stella Doucet; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Pellegrin Meaux; his parents, Dave 
and Anna Teal Meaux; three sons, Leroy Meaux Jr., and Paul and Edward Leonard; 
and one brother, Henry Gotreaux.
