Michael Paul Fazzio, 49, a native and resident of Houma, died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 
2004.

Visita-tion will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic 
Church in Houma. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in 
the church cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Gloria Theriot; three sisters, Crystal Simoneaux, 
Diane Duplantis and Gail Fazzio; and six nieces and nephews, Travis, Jarrett and 
Dustin Simoneaux, Rainah, Ryan and Robert Duplantis.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Fazzio.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family to help with funeral expenses are 
preferred.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
