Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by two sons, Dennis Bergeron Sr. and wife, Gail, of Sulphur, and Mark Bergeron and wife, Sammie, of Houma; three daughters, Barbara Dupre and husband, Norman, Sharon "Peanut" Matherne of Houma and Carolyn Casper and husband, Frank, of Greenbackville, Va.; two brothers, Allen and Douglas Crochet of Houma; three sisters, Flavia Redmond of Bourg, Shirley Rodrigue and Alice Mae Pizani of Houma; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great- great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Bergeron; her parents, Stanwood Crochet and Cecile Hebert Crochet; one daughter, Jeanne Thibodaux; one granddaughter, Tanya Thibodaux; four brothers, Louis "L.J.", Louris, Ernest and Stanwood Paul Crochet; and one sister, Lois Haydel. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
