Victoria Griffin Falgout Davis, 75, a native of Larose and resident of Odessa, 
Texas, died at 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 2, 2004.

Funeral services were scheduled for 1 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home Parlor 
in Galliano, with burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Larose.

She is survived by one son, Arthur "Archie" Falgout Jr.; six daughters, 
Patricia Falgout, Cheryl Cormier, Julie Garcia, Christine Parks, Janice Davis 
and Crystal Davis; 24 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur Joseph Falgout Sr.; her 
second husband, Herman Davis; her parents, John Frank Griffin and Ella Richoux 
Griffin; one son, Carl Falgout Sr.; one daughter, Debra Galliano; six brothers, 
John Jr., Washington, Claude, Woodrow, Wilbur and Norman Griffin; and one 
sister, Bertha Cantrelle.
