Beverly Celestin					[Photo]

Beverly "Bell" Celestin, 53, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of 
Houma, died at 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, 2004.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at First Baptist Church 
in Schriever. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with 
burial in Crozier Cemetery.

She is survived by her companion, Calvin "Scob" Tolbert; two sons, Alvin Wyes 
Celestin and wife, Aretha, of Houma; and Kenyatte Celestin and wife, Katrina, of 
Milwaukee; one stepson, Calvin Tolbert Jr. of Houma; one daughter, Lula Chynelle 
Celestine of Houma; two stepdaughters, Dawn M. Allen and Laura L. Calloway, both 
of Houma; five brothers, Louis Trahan and wife, Barbara, of Gray, Corvin 
Celestine and wife, Earlene, of Houma, Alton Celestine and wife, Cheryl, of 
Dularge, Carl Celestine and wife, Geraldine, of Gray and Clarence Celestine and 
wife, Yvonne, of El Paso, Texas; and two sisters, Barbara Jean Wells and 
husband, Willie, and Mary Ellen Henry and husband, Wayne, all of Houma.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ellen and Clency Celestine.

She was a CNA at Southdown Care Center of Houma and was a member of First 
Baptist Church and the Usher Board.

Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
