Lorita Guidry						[Photo]

Lorita Marie Hebert Guidry, 79, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of 
Bourg, died at 11:10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004.

Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Tuesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral 
home chapel, with burial in Bisland Cemetery.

She is survived by four sons, Elgy Guidry Jr. of Montegut, Jessie Guidry, Emile 
Guidry of Bourg and Gale Guidry of Houma; eight daughters, Marion Thibodaux, 
Monica Hutchinson, Veronica Ledet of Montegut, Margurite Barrios, Dale Guidry of 
Houma, Lorita LeCompte of Chauvin, Barbara Theriot and Shelia Pellegrin of 
Bourg; 34 grandchildren; and 43 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elgy Joseph Guidry Sr.; her parents, 
Joseph and Louisiana Nelton Hebert; one son, David Guidry; three brothers, 
Walton LeBouef, Sidney Hebert and Evis Hebert; five sisters, Nora Vito, Doris 
Hutchinson, Stella Henry, Beulah LeBouef and Vive Thibodaux; and five 
grandchildren, Tina, Mickey, Lynn, Natasha and Jamie Guidry.

She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Ann Catholic Church.
