Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Beulah Baptist Church in Gibson, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his mother, Elnora Robinson Johnson; five brothers, Aaron Watson Sr. of Chauvin, Charles and Karo Johnson, both of Gibson, Earl Tyrone Hasley Sr. and wife, Glenda, of Morgan City and the Rev. Robert L. Johnson and wife, Barbara, of Franklin; and five sisters, Ora Mae J. Poindexter and husband, Donald, of Houma, Aline Johnson of Gibson; Bobby J. Robinson, Geneva J. Diggs and husband, Charles Sr., of Gray and Mattie Londo and husband, Calvin, of New Iberia. He was preceded in death by his father, Oreal Johnson; one brother, Ernest Johnson; and two sisters, Octavia J. Silas and Gertrude J. Doll. He was a retired school maintenance worker for 22 years.
