Marandon Rousse Jr.

Marandon Rousse Jr., 45, a native of Raceland and resident of Pierre Part, died 
at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2004.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Christian Fellowship 
Church in Larose. Religious service will be at noon Friday at the church, with 
burial in Cheramie Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Sonya Theriot Rousse; one son, DeJay Lamprez; two 
brothers, Harris Rousse of Galliano and Charles Rousse of Golden Meadow; one 
stepbrother, Edison Lee; five sisters, Rena Trahan and Elaine Louvierre of 
Galliano, Joelena Duet and Janelle Rodrigue of Larose and Azema Landry of Golden 
Meadow; and two stepsisters, Nancy Cheramie and Janis Lee.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marandon Sr. and Gertrude Boudreaux 
Rousse.
