Michael Beebe Sr.					[Photo]

Michael John Beebe Sr., 78, a native of New Orleans and resident of Gray, died 
at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004.

A Memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church in 
Gray.

He is survived by his wife, Lois T. Beebe; two sons, Michael John Beebe Jr. and 
Leonard David Beebe; four daughters, Lois Darcey and husband, Ronald, Mickey 
Thompson and husband, Allen, Mary Gilfour and husband, Todd, and Dawn Hebert and 
husband, Shane; one sister, Joycelan Hunter; 15 grandchildren; and 20 great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Annie Babin Beebe and Leonard David 
Beebe; three brothers, William, Robert and Paul Beebe; and two sisters, Adda 
Leveron and Odile Naquin.

He was a retired firefighter in New Orleans for 25 years and was a U.S. Navy and 
Marine veteran.
