Norbert DeGravelles

Norbert "Nobby" Roth DeGravelles, 87, a native of Morgan City and resident of 
Thibodaux, died at 12:50 p.m. Monday, Sept. 27, 2004.

Visitation will be from 7 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Thursday at St. John Episcopal Church in Thibodaux. Religious services will be 
at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Nyada Due' DeGravelles; two sons, J.P. DeGravelles 
and Paul Due'; two daughters, Pam Gouner and Trudy Bourgeois; one brother, 
Charles C. DeGravelles; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Charles Camille and Mary Nations 
DeGravelles; and one sister, Martha Marcantel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. John Episcopal Memorial Fund are 
preferred.
