Norman Prosperie

Norman Joseph Prosperie, 67, a native of New Orleans, former resident of Houma 
and resident of Crestview, Fla., died at 3:45 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral 
Home. Religious services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, 
with burial in Magnolia Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Natascha Reibold Prosperie of Crestview; his mother, 
Dorothy Bascle Prosperie of Houma; one son, Nicholas Alexander Prosperie of 
Crestview; four daughters, Debbie Bergeron and husband, Thomas, of Crestview, 
Misty Cortez of Schriever, Desiree Selden of Niceville, Fla., and Sabrina 
Prosperie of Tampa, Fla.; two brothers, James Prosperie of Tyler, Texas, and 
Michael Prosperie of Thibodaux; and one sister, Gwendolyn A. Chaisson of Gray.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman J. Prosperie.

He was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran.
