Rogers Guidry Jr.

Rogers Joseph Guidry Jr., 54, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of 
Galliano, died at 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 20, 2004.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic 
Church in Galliano. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with 
burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Susie Hendrix Guidry; his mother, Gloria Duplantis 
Guidry; one daughter, Stacy G. Martin; one brother, Mark Guidry; one sister, 
Joyce Guidry Pitre; and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rogers Joseph Guidry Sr.

He was a Times Picayune distributor at Fourchon and store manager for Ellzey 
Marine Hardware at Fourchon.

He was a member of St. Joseph's Holy Name Society and a parishioner of St. 
Joseph Catholic Church.
