Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at the Greater New Salem Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at noon at the church with burial in Southdown Cemetery in Houma. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Banks Sr., one son, Edward Moses of Houma; one daughter, Annette Banks of Houma; two brothers Roy Calloway and Ray Calloway, both of Alexandria; three sisters, Mary Lee Matthews, Geraldine Taylor and Alma Scott, all of Houma; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Moses and Alma Baker Walker; her stepfather, James A. Walker; two sons, Isaac Banks and Joseph Banks Jr.; four brothers, Clyde Edward Moses, Welton Dunaway, Edward Moses and Dennis B. Walker; and one sister, Emily M. Diggs. She was a retired steam presser at AAA Cleaners in New Orleans and a member of the Greater New Salem Baptist Church.
