Cecile Knobloch

Cecile Champagne Knobloch, 96, a native and resident of Raceland, died at 8:51 
a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2004.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at St. Charles Borromeo 
Catholic Church. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial in 
St. Mary Cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, C.J. Knobloch Jr. and wife, Carole, and Cameron 
Knobloch and wife, Janice; one daughter, Carolyn Lorio and husband, Earl; one 
sister, Leonise C. Legendre; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude J. Knobloch Sr.; her parents, 
Valri and Marceline Champagne; two brothers, Alois Champagne Sr. and Noah 
Champagne; two sisters, Ida C. Legendre and Celia C. Diaz; and one great-
grandchild.

She was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations for Masses are preferred.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
