Evince "T-June" Joseph Martin Jr., 66, a native and resident of Chauvin, died at 
4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004.

Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Saturday at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Chauvin. Mass will be at 10 a.m. 
Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Pauline Toups Martin; two sons, Stephen Troy Martin 
and wife, Monique, and Darren Keith Martin and wife, Wendy; one daughter, 
Kimberly Ann Martin and fiance, Jason R. Davis; one brother, Lanny "Chucky" 
Martin and wife, Maxine; one sister, Deanna "Dee" Lecompte and husband, Gene; 
five grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Evince "Charley" Martin Sr. and Leona 
LeBlanc Martin; one stepson, Chad W. Picou; one brother, Guy Paul Martin; and 
one brother-in-law, William "Buddy" Ice.

He was a boat captain and commercial fisherman and a parishioner of St. Joseph 
Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral expenses are preferred.
