Florence Lapeyrouse					[Photo]

Florence Marie Robichaux Lapeyrouse, 93, a resident of Chauvin, died at 1:10 
a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, 2004.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today at the Knights of Columbus Home in 
Chauvin and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. 
Mass will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church 
cemetery.

She is survived by three daughters, Viona Chabert and husband, Leonard, of 
Houma, Ouida Lirette and husband U.J., of Chauvin and Una Arcement and husband, 
Ronald, of Houma; two sons, Lloyd Lapeyrouse of Chauvin and Tillman Lapeyrouse 
of Houma; two daughters-in-law, Heddy Lapeyrouse and Cindy Lapeyrouse; one 
brother, Norris Robichaux of Chauvin; one sister, Gertie R. Pellegrin of 
Chauvin; 22 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Abbey J. Lapeyrouse; two infant 
daughters; her parents, Adam Robichaux and Marie Duplantis Robichaux; two 
brothers, Irvin and Oliver Robichaux; five sisters, Clavia R. Pellegrin, Olivia 
R. Pellegrin, Lena R. Authement, Eva R. DeFelice and Lucretia R. Champagne; and 
one son-in-law, Leonard J. Chabert.

She was a member of St. Joseph Altar Society, American Legion Auxiliary, V.F.W. 
Ladies Auxiliary and a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
