Phyllis Dooley

Phyllis Octabetz Dooley, 50, a native of Roswell, N.M., and resident of Houma, 
died Thursday, Oct. 7, 2004.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Dooley of Houma; her father, Theodore 
Octabetz Sr. of Sonoma, Calif.; one brother, Theodore Octabetz Jr. of Baton 
Rouge; and two sisters, Tammy Octabetz of Sonoma and Susan Octabetz of Hawaii.

She was a homemaker and parishioner of Friendswood Church of God.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Chauvin Funeral Home are requested.
