The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= October 12. 2004 12:00AM also 13 Oct 2004 Roy Youngblood Sr. [Photo] Roy Irvin Youngblood Sr., 87, a native of Warren, Texas, and resident of Houma, died at 9:50 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004, from injuries incurred in an ATV accident. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee, Texas. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Celebration of Life will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at 161 Alamo Drive in Houma. He is survived by two sons, Roy Youngblood Jr. and Glen Youngblood, both of Houma; two daughters, Mary L. Siders and Jaunita Saunier, both of Houma; two brothers, O.B. Youngblood of Buna and Dick Youngblood of Onalaska; one sister, Lillian Shorter of Longview; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous relatives. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Youngblood. He was employee of Texaco Oil Company and was a U.S. World War II veteran. He was a member of the Terrebonne Fellowship Lodge No. 481 in Houma.
