The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= November 15. 2004 12:14PM Carolyn Rodrigue [Photo] Carolyn Ann Smith Rodrigue, 60, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Bayou Blue, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Bayou Blue Assembly of God Church. Religious services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in Rogers Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Willie James Rodrigue of Houma; her father-in- law, Willard E. Rodrigue of Houma; one son, Jessie John Boudreaux Jr. of Franklin; one stepson, Adam "T.J." Joseph Rodrigue of Houma; one daughter, Tisha Mary Boudreaux Marcel of Houma; one stepdaughter, Casey Rodrigue Bourgeois of Houma; four sisters, Wilma "Sis" Thibodeaux Chaisson of Houma, Diana Smith Theriot of Houma, Ruth Smith Olivier of Houma and Beulah "Tootie" Smith Prestenback of Houma; and seven grandchildren, Allyson Marie Marcel, Nicole Noel Boudreaux, Thomas Matthew Marcel, Wilson Allen Bourgeois, Jenna Marie Marcel, Lindsey Nicole Bourgeois and James Allen Rodrigue. She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore Virgil Smith and Beulah Marie Hebert; her mother-in-law, Margie Ledet Rodrigue; her grandparents, Dennis and Necia Theriot Hebert and Ernest and Augustine Schouest Smith; two brothers, Ray Thibodeaux Sr. and Dennis John Smith; and one sister, Linda Thibodeaux Borel. She was past president of PTA and enjoyed cooking and sewing and was a licensed manicurist. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of Bayou Blue Assembly of God Church. Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
