Clifton McKinley

Clifton Vernon McKinley, 92, a native of Oil City and resident of New Iberia, 
died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2004.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to funeral time 
Saturday at Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City. Religious services will be at 
2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Morgan City Cemetery.

He is survived by three sons, J.D. "Doug" and wife, Margie McKinley, of 
Cornwall, N.Y., Daniel P. Chauvin and companion, Lil Duhon, of Broussard and 
Allie P. and wife, Julie Chauvin, of Houston; five daughters, Jo-Ellen and 
husband, Scott Istre, of Abbeville, Gloria and husband, Clarence Hebert Jr., of 
Bayou Vista, Barbara and husband, Larry Castille, of New Iberia, Carol H. Breaux 
of Baton Rouge and Kerry and husband, Ronald Fromenthal of Gonzales; one 
daughter-in-law, Nettie Chauvin of Lafayette; one sister, Dorothy Cato of 
Houston; 24 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Grey Jones McKinley; his second 
wife, Annie Chauvin McKinley; two sisters; one brother; his parents; and two 
daughters, Lois Hebert and Wanda L. Sauce.

He was a maintenance supervisor for Texaco for 41 years.
