Daniel Weimer Sr.					[Photo]

Daniel James Weimer Sr., 76, a native of Donner and resident of Thibodaux, died 
at 7:50 a.m. Friday, Nov. 12, 2004.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Christ the Redeemer 
Catholic Church in Thibodaux. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the 
church.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Lagarde Weimer of Thibodaux; three sons, 
Daniel J. Weimer Jr. and wife, Pat, of LaPlace, Eric C. Weimer and wife, Diane, 
of Baton Rouge and Dirk J. Weimer and wife, Stacey, of Choupic; three daughters, 
Jennifer W. Dagate and husband, Jimmy, of Houma, Ingree Weimer of Thibodaux and 
Nancy Lagarde of Baton Rouge; one brother, Jess Weimer of Lafayette; one sister, 
Mim W. Schmidt of Georgia; and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John L. Weimer Sr. and Necia LeBlanc 
Weimer; one brother, John Weimer Jr.; and one sister, Ruth Edwards.

He was a retired production and maintenance manager with Coco Cola Bottling 
Company and a U.S. Army and Merchant Marine veteran of the Korean War.

He was a parishioner of Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church.
