Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Samart Funeral Home in Raceland. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by one sister, Mary Wilma Pinell Martinez; four grandchildren, Joann Boudreaux Savoie and husband, Alfred, Joseph "Buster" I. Boudreaux Jr. and wife, Chery, Mary Susan "Susie" Boudreaux Bonar and husband, Dave, and Judy Ann Boudreaux; 10 great-grandchildren, Leslie Jambon, Nick Savoie, Sherry Gautreaux, Lanie Labit, Buffy Robertson, Denny and Cory Bonar, Kim Ford, Rhonda Pitre and Dustin Boudreaux; 11 great-great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Christian Jambon, Brittney Rel, Cameron Labit, Courtney Robertson, Breanna Salas, Destiney Boudreaux and Mason, Cameron, Marrissa and Benjamin Ford; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Champion Leroy Bardwell; her parents, Joseph Albert Pinell Sr. and Mary Ada Tullier Pinell; one daughter, Mary Aureline "Lena" Sanchez Boudreaux; one brother, Joseph Albert Pinell Jr.; and three sisters, Mary Aurelie Pinell Lambert, Mary Rita Mae Pinell Sharon and Mary Ada Pinell Hebert. She was retired from Chase and Sanborn Bag Company. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and being with her family at church. She was Catholic. Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
