Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Rhodes Bonvillain, of Houma; two daughters, Donna Ann White and husband, Emitt, and Susan Marie Bergeron; six grandchildren, Tiffanie Hebert, Jennifer Wolf, Nicole Bergeron, Samantha Bergeron, Ronnie White and Amanda Ledbetter; and six great-grandchildren, Caleb White, Hunter White, Tyler White, Logan Wolf, Brayden Walters and Brycen Ledbetter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emile J. Bonvillain Sr. and Eula Marie Melancon Bonvillain. He was a retired oilfield salesman with Orbit Valve and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
