Hazel Martin

Hazel "Put" Martin, 52, a native of Schriever and resident of Magnolia, Miss., 
died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2004.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Hartman Funeral Home 
in McComb, Miss. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel.

She is survived by two sons, Bentley James Martin and James Bryan Martin, both 
of Magnolia; two daughters, Sherry Lynn Blanchard of Magnolia and Ouida Tracy 
Arevalo of Houma; one brother, Cyrus "Sonny" Hebert of Hattisburg, Miss.; three 
sisters, Linda Green, Marion Gros and Delores Gregory; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bentley and Ouida Thomas.

She was a homemaker and a member of Bala Chitto Baptist Church.
