Nelson Gros Sr.					[Photo]

Nelson J. Gros Sr., 69, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Wednesday, Nov. 
17, 2004.

Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time 
Friday at Landry's Funeral Home. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Christ the 
Redeemer Catholic Church, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Stella Naquin Gros; one son, Nelson J. Gros 
Jr.; four daughters, Ruth G. Trosclair, Lisa G. Oncale, Becky G. Oncale and Hope 
G. Cancienne; and 13 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas V. Gros and Angelina Thibodaux 
Gros; one granddaughter, Sydney M. Gros; and one brother, Francis Gros Sr.

He was employee of Cameco for 34 years.
