Visitation will be from 3 to 10 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Irene Edna Solet Billiot of Dulac; two sons, Pierre Billiot Jr. and wife, Brenda, and John W. Billiot and wife, Karen, of Houma; three daughters, Irene Marie Foret and husband, Furlin, of Houma, Juliana E. Percle and husband, Donnie, of Dulac and Emelda F. Dean and husband, Leroy, of Houma; three brothers, Joseph "T-Will" Billiot of Abbeville, Louis Billiot Sr. of Dulac and William Billiot of Houma; four sisters, Mary Billiot of Dulac, Polly Gregoire of Illinois, Alice Billiot of Houma and Oneile Gregoire; 22 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Estley Billiot and Louise Billiot; two sons, Paul W. Billiot and Raymond P. Billiot; one stepson, Joseph E. Foret; one brother, Paul Billiot; and five sisters, Judy Billiot, Cecile Billiot, Laura Mae Billiot, Catherine Billiot and Gennie Billiot. He was a retired tugboat captain with EBI and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post No. 4752 and a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
