Carolyn Babin						[Photo]

Carolyn Richard Babin, 71, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, died at 
4:58 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 2004.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 9 
a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Mass will be at 
11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.

She is survived by one son, Mark Babin and wife, Janet, of Thibodaux; three 
daughters, Linda Pellegrin and husband, Kevin Sr., Cheryl Cameron and husband, 
Jerry, and Kelly Colwart and husband, Ronnie, all of Houma; one brother, Gerald 
Richard and wife, Andrea, of Thibodaux; one sister, Barbara Tauzin and husband, 
Lloyd, of Chackbay; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin J. Babin; her parents, Armand 
F. Richard Sr. and Thelma M. Adams Richard; and one brother, Armand Richard Jr.

She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
