Cherie Celestin					[Photo]

Cherie Renee' Celestin, 27, a native of Terrebonne and resident of Houma, died 
at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Community Funeral Home. Wake 
service will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Dismissal service will 
be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial in Southdown Cemetery.

She is survived by her parents, Brian Celestin and Gwendolyn Bateast Johnson; 
her stepfather, Herman Johnson Sr.; her grandfather, Walter A. Bateast; one 
brother, Brian Celestin Jr.; two stepbrothers, Herman Johnson Jr. and Johnathan 
Johnson; and three stepsisters, Lateacha Barrow Johnson and Tyraneka and Tracy 
Johnson.

She was preceded in death by one son, Andre' DeQuant' Celestin; her grandfather, 
Charles Celestin Sr.; her step-grandfather, Hillard M. Johnson; her grandmother, 
Mattie Castle Bateast; and her step-grandmother, Lillie Mae Johnson.

She was disabled.

Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
