Clarisse Foret						[Photo]

Clarisse M. Foret, 94, a native of Lafourche Parish and resident of Raceland, 
died at noon Friday, Dec. 10, 2004.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at St. Mary Catholic 
Church in Raceland. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in 
the church cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Douglas Foret and wife, Loretta, and Dewey Foret 
and wife, Billie; one daughter, Mildred Foret; six grandchildren and nine great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Foret; her parents, Joseph 
Monnier Sr. and Adele Babin; two brothers, Joseph "Joe" Monnier and Freddie 
"Buck" Monnier; and two sisters, Josephine "Fin" Guillot and Rita M. Walker.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post No. 349 and the St. Mary 
Ladies Altar Society.
