Dan Danos

Dan David Danos, 71, a native and resident of Cut Off, died at 9:25 a.m. 
Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic 
Church in Cut Off. Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the church, with burial 
at the church cemetery.

He is survived by four sons, Doug Danos and wife, Mona, Michael Danos and wife, 
Robbin, Robbie Danos and wife, Tina, and Mike Williams and wife, Marlene; two 
daughters, Denise David and Katherine Mayberry and husband, Bryan; one brother, 
John Danos; one sister, Shirley Balser; 10 grandchildren; and three great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Dugas Danos; his parents, Donatien 
and Nola Lerelle Danos; and one sister, Rita B. Callais.

He was Catholic and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a Lafourche Parish 
school teacher and retired facility manager for LA Rehab Services.
