Frances Yancey

Frances P. Yancey, 84, a native of Brookhaven, Miss., and resident of Thibodaux, 
died at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2004.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Falgout Funeral Home 
in Raceland. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Gordon A. Yancey; one daughter, Brigitta Leslie 
Yancey; one brother, A.J. "Bobby" Pierce; one sister, Leota Folse; and two 
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Selma Falgout Pierce; one 
brother, James Ray Pierce; and two sisters, Mary Steen and Ena "Tee" Hauck.
