Lionel Hoffmann

Lionel Osborne Hoffmann, 75, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died at 7 a.m. 
Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004.

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Friday at St. Joseph Co-
Cathedral in Thibodaux. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with 
burial in the church cemetery.

He is survived by three brothers, Irving Hoffmann Jr., Leland Hoffmann and 
Kenneth Hoffmann; one sister, Earline H. Morvant; and numerous relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Irving F. Hoffmann Sr. and Harriet 
Waguespack Hoffmann; two brothers, Ivan and Joseph Hoffmann; and one sister, 
Winnie Hoffmann.

He was a member of the Protective Fire Company No. 2 and was a U.S. Army veteran 
serving in Korea.
