Marie Baye						[Photo]

Marie Naquin Baye, 79, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, died at 6:53 
p.m. Saturday, Dec. 25, 2004.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. today at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church in 
Chackbay, with burial in Chackbay Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Sunny Baye and wife, Joan, of Gray; three brothers, 
Paul, Sidney and Wallace Naquin, all of Thibodaux; and two grandchildren, Emily 
and Renee Baye.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Armand Bernard Baye; her mother, 
Delphine Duet Naquin; her father and stepmother, Joseph Naquin and Clona Benoit 
Naquin; one son, Junior Baye; two brothers, Freddie and Clarence Naquin; and two 
sisters, Enola Naquin and Enez Landry.

She was a homemaker.

Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
