The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= December 28. 2004 12:27PM Minnie LeBlanc Minnie Lee Coffman LeBlanc, 97, a native of Picksburg, Texas, and resident of Houma, died at 10:15 p.m. Monday, Dec. 27, 2004. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. She is survived by her son, Gene LeBlanc and wife, Virginia, of Houma; one daughter, Joan LeBlanc Demming of Houston; one brother, L.C. Coffman of Houma; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl LeBlanc; her parents, Louis Coffman and Lillie Clark Coffman; and one daughter, Judy Lee Rembert. She was a homemaker and parishioner of First Baptist Church of Houma.
