Rita Parfait Billiot, 37, a native and resident of Dulac, died at 7:40 a.m. 
Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time today at Samart Funeral Home. 
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, with burial 
in Roger's Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Adam Billiot; one son, Adam Billiot Jr.; two 
daughters, Judrita Billiot and Shania Billiot; and four step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Norris Parfait; two stepsons, 
Leroy "Beo" Billiot and Jason Billiot; and one step-grandchild.

She was Baptist and a former Head Start program volunteer in Lafourche Parish.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for funeral 
arrangements.
